Hotels & Banquet Halls

One room, a different event every week — the screen has to change shape as often as the booking does.

A banquet hall runs a wedding on Saturday and a conference on Monday. Some venues want a permanent wall behind the stage; others want a rental cabinet stock the venue owns and rebuilds each week. The two answers use different cabinets, and picking the wrong one is expensive either way.

How to choose for this site

Where the wall is permanent, fine pitch at P1.953 – P2.6 reads well from the back of a ballroom while still holding up for guests near the stage.

We supply flight cases, spare modules and an on-site build guide so the venue's own AV team can reconfigure without calling a contractor.

What a screen for this site actually looks like

How to read this page. The photographs illustrate the type of installation — they are visualisations, not photographs of delivered projects, and we do not attach a client name or a location to them. Everything numeric below is calculated from our published product datasheets: the pitch from the stated viewing distance, the cabinet layout from the real cabinet dimensions, the power from the datasheet W/m². Your own quotation confirms the final layout.

Guests at the front table are three metres away; the back of the room is twenty. The pitch is set by the front table, not the average. Warm-toned content and low ambient light mean low-brightness greyscale performance is what shows.

Hotel lobby feature wall

Runs sixteen hours a day in a daylit lobby, so it needs enough brightness to hold up against glazing without being harsh at night. Guests pass within a metre, so the bottom edge and the surface finish matter.

Mostly slides and video conferencing. Text legibility from the back row sets the pitch, and the screen has to sit flush in a joinery opening — which makes cabinet depth and front service a construction constraint, not a preference.

Built and struck for every booking by the venue's own AV team. Quick-lock latches and flight cases decide the labour cost; curve capability lets the same stock cover a straight backdrop one week and a curved one the next.
