We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without collecting anything that identifies you personally. There are no advertising trackers. The personal data we receive is what you type into the enquiry form and send to us on purpose, plus three technical hints about where you are that are attached to that same enquiry (see the table below). We use it to answer your enquiry and to quote your project — nothing else. We do not sell it and we do not share it with anyone outside the parties listed below.

We do not ask for, and do not want, any special-category data (health, political opinions, and so on). Please do not include it in the message field.
This site sets no cookies and uses no local storage. Our page-view counter is cookieless: it records that a page was opened, not who opened it. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. If that ever changes we will say so here first.
That is the whole list. No advertising networks, no data brokers, no resale.
We are based in China and our sales team reads your enquiry there. If you are in the EEA or the UK, that means your data is transferred outside your home jurisdiction. We rely on the transfer being necessary for the performance of a contract with you, or for steps taken at your request before entering one (GDPR Art. 49(1)(b)). If you would prefer not to transfer data this way, contact us by phone instead and we will not record it.
Enquiries that do not lead to an order: 24 months, then deleted. Enquiries that become orders: kept for as long as we owe you warranty support, plus the retention period our accounting and tax obligations require.
If you are in the UK or the EEA you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or object to our processing it. You can also complain to your national data protection authority. We answer these requests within one month and we do not charge for them.

The site is served over HTTPS only. The enquiry form is submitted over an encrypted connection. Our sales mailbox is protected by two-factor authentication.
If we change this policy we update the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
